      • Moisture Resistance: The consumables are not easily affected by moisture, and the support structures are easy to peel off.
      • Excellent Heat Resistance: Good heat resistance, capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 100°C.

      Recommended Printing Parameters:

      • Applicable to: PEI textured print bed
      • Printing Speed: Up to 600mm/s (recommend 180-200mm/s)
      • Nozzle Temperature: 190-220°C (recommend 205°C)
      • Bed Temperature: 25-55°C (recommend 25°C)
      • Pre-drying Conditions: 65°C for 4-8 hours
      • Filament Diameter: 1.75 ± 0.03 mm

      • Melt Flow Index: 9-15 g/10min
      • Moisture and Volatiles: <0.5%
      • Melting Point: 168-172°C
      • Recommended Maximum Flow Rate: 16mm3/s
       

      Mechanical Properties:

      • Tensile Strength: >48 MPa
      • Elongation at Break: 4-10%
      • Notched Izod Impact Strength (23°C): 3-8 KJ/㎡
      • Flexural Strength: 77-81 MPa
      • Flexural Modulus: 2400-2700 MPa
